Cranberry-Glazed Baked Ham Kabobs
Makes 8 servings.

Cooking Time: 15 to 20 min.
12 - ounces tradition boneless ham cut into 16 half-inch cubes
1 - can (20-ounces) juice-packed pineapple chunks drained
1 - red bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares
1 - green bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares
1/2 - can jellied cranberry sauce
1/8 - teaspoon cloves ground
1 - teaspoon dry mustard
1 - Tablespoon cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 400° F.

Using 8 wooden or metal skewers, thread
2 ham chunks, 4 pineapple chunks and red and green pepper pieces on
each.

Place in a single layer on shallow baking pan.
- In small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, cloves, mustard and
vinegar.
- Pour mixture over kabobs.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes,
basting often.
- Serve immediately.
Picnicking &
Tailgating
Make a day or two ahead. Heat (on stove or in
microwave) before leaving. Pour into a thermal container and serve
when you reach your destination.
