Barbecue Pork Skillet
Here is a quick variation on the traditional
slow-cooked barbecue pork recipe. Great for a quick, casual dinner.

Prep Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 4 - fresh boneless center cut loin chops

1/4 - cup low-fat Italian dressing

1/4 - cup barbecue sauce

1 - teaspoon chili powder
Directions:

In a large nonstick skillet to
medium-high heat, add your pork chops and brown pork chops on one
side.

Turn chops over and brown.

Then dressing, barbecue sauce and
chili powder. You want to stir to blend.

Cover and simmer for 5 to 8
minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
Picnicking &
Tailgating
Make a day or two ahead. Heat (on stove or in
microwave) before leaving. Pour into a thermal container and serve
when you reach your destination.
