Bavarian Pork and Cabbage

1 1/4 pound lean
pork loin chops
1 can (10 3/4-ounces) reduced-fat
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup fat-free
cut in wedges
peeled and chopped
In a large skillet, melt butter. Remove any visible
fat from pork chops. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Place pork in skillet and cook over medium heat
until brown of both sides.
Add onions and cook until clear. Add soup, milk, and caraway seeds. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add cabbage and carrots, cover, and cook for 35 5o
45 minutes or until cabbage and carrots are tender. Stir occasionally. Uncover and cook to desired texture.
