 Cheddar Ham Au Gratin

Ingredients:

2 - cups diced
cooked ham

2 -
cups milk

1 -
cup boiling water

2 -
cans (11 ounces) Mexican Whole Kernel Corn, Red and Green Peppers, drained

1 -
can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

1 -
package (7.8 ounces) pkg. cheesy scalloped potato mix
Directions:

In 3-1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, you
want to add the ham, milk, water, corn, soup and potato mix together.

Mix well and make sure potato slices are
covered with sauce.

Cover and cook LOW for 8 hours.
