Shrimp In Beer

Ingredients
Directions

In a kettle at
moderate heat, add the shrimp, beer, garlic, salt, thyme, celery seed,
parsley, Tabasco sauce, and lemon juice.

Mix and bring to a boil.

After
coming to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 minutes or until
shrimp are pink.

Mix butter and
salsa.

Drain shrimp and
serve with butter sauce on the side.
Picnicking
&
Tailgating:
There are two ways for this recipe. 1) Heat kettle on
grill and cook normal method. 2) Prepare just before leaving the home
and place hot shrimp in thermal container. The butter sauce can be
prepared ahead and kept warm until ready to eat.
