Makes 4 - 6 servings
- package (8 ounces) tiny egg noodles
- package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
- cup sour cream
to 5 - green onions, sliced
- pound ground beef
- medium jar spaghetti sauce with preferred spices (like Ragu, etc.)
- cups cheddar cheese
to 350 degrees F.
Brown ground beef in large skillet, add
spaghetti sauce and let simmer.
Mix together cream cheese and sour cream
until smooth, then add green onions.
Cook noodles, then drain and place in
bottom of 8" x 8" pan. Spread cheese mixture over noodles. Pour
meat mixture over cheese layer.
Cover top with grated cheddar cheese.
30 - 45 min.
