Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 - pounds lean ground beef
• 1 - package (6 ounces) Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 - cup water
• 2 - eggs, beaten
• 1/2 - cup Barbecue Sauce, divided

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, you want to mix ground beef, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
2. Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish.
3. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
4. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through (160ºF).
