Lemony Chicken Breasts

- 2 - Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 - skinless, boneless chicken breast
halves (about 4-ounces each)
- 4 - teaspoons olive oil
- 2/3 - cup chicken broth
- 1/4 - cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 - Tablespoon caper (drained &
- 2 - Tablespoons fresh parley (chopped)
- In a shallow dish, you want to mix
flour, slat, and pepper. Coat each breast with the mixture and
