Ingredients: whole cumin seeds, diced bacon, beef
chuck roast, chopped yellow onions, cloves diced garlic, roasted chopped
jalapeno chilies (canned), salt, chili powder, whole oregano, and can
(28 ounces) crushed tomatoes or Mexican-style stewed tomatoes.

Ingredients: hot style pork sausage, round steak
(beef), large onion, garlic cloves, can chopped jalapeno chiles, chili
powder, ground cumin, can (16 oz.) tomatoes, bottle (12 oz.) beer, lime,
and cilantro sprig.

Verde Shredded Pork & Roasted Onion Chili
Ingredients: medium red onions,
toasted ancho chile, chicken broth, peanut oil, jalapeno, poblano chile,
garlic, cooked shredded pork, salt, freshly ground pepper, tomato paste,
cumin seed, dried Mexican oregano, corn flour, fresh lime juice,
water, sour cream, and flour tortillas (6-inch).
