LOVE this place! It's always worth it.  The historic building & interior decor are exceptional.  The service is always great! Superb bar & drinks!

Delicious food clearly made by a chef who knows what he's doing. The food is actually not that expensive. And obviously the service was a pleasure.

We had dinner at Woodberry Kitchen. We learned about it from an article in the WSJ about things to do in Baltimore.  Away from the tourist area of the Inner Harbor it was a 15 minute drive from our hotel but just to see the building was worth the trip.  There is a lot of revitalization going on in this area.

We sat upstairs and loved being able to look out on everything.  There is outdoor seating and it was full. Unfortunately, a summer storm came through and all the people from the patio had to come inside!

We had the Heirloom Tomatoes on Toast to start and the cantaloupe.  Both were delicious but the tomatoes were outstanding.

For our entrees I had the crab cakes and my wife had tuna.  We enjoyed them both.  Though we barely had room, we could not leave without trying dessert, so we had the peach cobbler and ice cream.

  • Great service, beautiful surroundings, using local purveyors... what's not to love?
