Rustic Italian Spaghetti
Makes 4 Servings
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 25 min
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Spaghetti
- 1/2 pound Ground Beef or Italian
sausage
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 15 ounces Garlic & Onion Tomato
Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed basil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Cooking Directions:
Prepare spaghetti according to directions and drain.

In a large
saucepan, cook meat and mushrooms over medium-high heat for 5
minutes, stirring occasionally and drain.

Stir in tomato
sauce, oregano and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bring to boil and
reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve over hot
pasta.
