Quick Easy Low-Fat Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

•    2 Tablespoons sugar
•    2 Tablespoons Cocoa
•       Dash salt
•    1 cup non-fat milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Quick Easy Directions:

1) In a large mug, mix sugar, cocoa and salt.

2) Heat milk in microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until hot.

3) Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended.

4) Stir in vanilla.
