Bing Cherry Salad
Makes 12 servings

Prep Time: 20 min.
Chilling Time: 8 hrs.


  • 1 - can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple in juice (un-drained)

  • 1 - can (16-1/2-ounce) pitted Bing cherries (un-drained)

  • 1 - can (12-ounce) cola soft drink

  • 2 - packages (3-ounce) cherry gelatin

  • 1 - cup pecans (chopped & toasted)


Lightly grease 6-1/2 cup mold.

  1. Drain pineapple and cherries, reserving juices.

  2. Bring juices and cola to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

  3. Stir in gelatin.  Remove from heat, stir for 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.

  4. Stir in pineapple, cherries, and pecans.  Pour into mold.

  5. Cover and chill for 8 hours.  Un-mold on to your serving dish.
