Italian-Style Chicken Skillet

- 4 - small boneless skinless
breast halves (1 lb.)

pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 - cup fat-free reduced-sodium
- 1/4 - cup Tuscan House Italian Dressing
HEAT large nonstick skillet
sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add
chicken; cover with lid. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or
until chicken is cooked through (165º F). Remove chicken
from skillet and keep warm.
ADD vegetables to skillet.
Cook, uncovered, for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring
STIR in broth and dressing.
Return chicken to skillet. Cook for 1 minute or until
chicken is coated and heated through.
