Eggs
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 - eggs (separate whites and yolks)

1 - Tablespoon butter

1/4 - teaspoon salt

1/4 - teaspoon pepper

4 - slices toast
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In
a small bowl, beat the egg whites.
- In a pan at moderate heat,
melt the butter.
- Arrange the egg whites on
it in four “nests” by swirling with a spoon.
- Slide the egg yolks one at
a time into the centers of the nest.
- Place pan in oven and
watch carefully to prevent scorching.
- When egg whites have begun
to color and the yolks are seat, season with salt and pepper,
and serve on toast.
- Garnish with a dab of
butter.
