California Macaroni

Baking Time: 50 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 - Tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 - cups milk
- 1-1/2 - Monterey Jack cheese,
cubed
- 2 - cups macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/2 - teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 - Tablespoons green chilies,
chopped
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 - Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 - cup bread crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, you want
to add butter (softened), milk, cheese, macaroni, salt,
mustard, chilies, and eggs.
- Pour into a 1-1/2 quart
casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix butter
(melted) and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until
browned.
