Macadamia Pie
Makes 12 servings.

Ingredients

1-1/4 - cups light corn syrup
1 - cup packed brown sugar
4 - eggs
2 - Tablespoon melted butter
2 - cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 - 10-inch unbaked pie shell
Whipped cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • In a large bowl, corn syrup, brown sugar and eggs. 
  • Whisk together until smooth. 
  • Next, stir in butter and macadamias. 
  • Pour into pie shell and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 
  • Let pie cool completely before cutting. 
  • Serve with whipped cream.
