Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Recipes from AlansKitchen.comIngredients
  • 3 - bananas
  • 1 - pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 - pint chocolate ice cream
  • 1 - pint raspberry or strawberry ice cream
  • 1 - jar (24 ounce) Tropical Mixed Fruit, drained
  • Whipped cream
  • Toasted coconut
  • Toasted nuts
  • Fresh Bing cherries or Maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. Halve bananas lengthwise and crosswise. 
  2. Top 2 slices of banana with scoops of vanilla, chocolate and raspberry ice cream. 
  3. Spoon fruit over ice cream. 
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut and nuts. 
  5. Garnish with cherry.
