Fresh Peach Ice Cream
Makes 1 quart

Ingredients

• 2 - cups half & half
• 3/4 - cup sugar
• 1/4 - cup nonfat dry milk
• 3 - cups peeled pitted sliced peaches, or 1 - package (16 ounces) frozen sliced peaches, defrosted
• 3 - Tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 - teaspoon vanilla extract
• dash salt

Directions

1. In a blender or food processor, add half & half, sugar and dry milk.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Add peaches, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Process until smooth.
4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to freeze.
5. Blend mixture for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker.

Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
