Fudge Recipes from AlansKitchen.comWhite Chocolate Almond Fudge
Makes about 1-1/2 pounds fudge


  • 1-2/3 cup (10-ounces package) white chocolate chips

  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

  • 1-1/2 cup coarsely chopped slivered almonds, toasted*

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.

  1. In medium saucepan, add white chips with sweetened condensed milk.

  2. Melt over very low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in almonds and vanilla.

  5. Spread into prepared pan.

  6. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan and peel off foil.

  8. Cut fudge into squares.

* To toast almonds: 

  1. Spread almonds on cookie sheet.  

  2. Bake at 350�F, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until lighaatly browned; cool.
