Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 - cups semi-sweet chips
  • 1 - can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 - cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1-1/2 - teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 - cup walnuts, chopped
  • Dash of salt

Directions

Line 8 inch square pan with wax paper.

Stove Top

  1. In a heavy saucepan, mix chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and marshmallows. 
  2. Over medium heat, stir constantly until mixture is smooth. 
  3. Remove from heat. 
  4. Stir in vanilla, walnuts and salt. 
  5. Pour fudge mixture into pan. 
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. 
  7. Cut into squares.

Microwave

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows. 
  2. Heat on medium (50% power) for 30 seconds and stir. 
  3. Repeat process until mixture is smooth. 
  4. Stir in vanilla, walnuts and salt. 
  5. Pour mixture into pan. 
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. 
  7. Cut into squares. 
  8. Store at room temperature.
