Fudge Recipes from AlansKitchen.comLunch Box Crisp Rice Peanut Butter Delights
Makes about 16 bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 - cup butter
  • 3 - cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 - cup light corn syrup
  • 1-1/3 - cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 5 - cups crisp rice cereal

Directions

Butter 9-inch square pan.

  1. In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. 
  2. Add marshmallows. 
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. 
  4. Remove from heat. 
  5. Add corn syrup and stir until blended. 
  6. Next, add peanut butter chips and stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. 
  7. Immediately stir in cereal until well coated and at once press into prepared pan. 
  8. Cool completely and cut into bars. 
  9. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
