Creamy Double Decker FudgeCreamy Double Decker Fudge
Makes about 1-1/2 pounds candy


  • 1 - cup peanut butter chips

  • 1 - can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, divided (not evaporated milk)

  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract, divided

  • 1 - cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Line 8-inch square pan with foil.

  1. Place peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in small microwave-safe bowl. 

  2. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.

  3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and spread evenly into prepared pan.

  4. Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in another small microwave-safe bowl - repeat above microwave procedure.

  5. Stir in remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; spread evenly over peanut butter layer.

  6. Cover and keep refrigerate until firm.

  7. Remove from pan; place on cutting board.  Peel off foil.

  8. Cut into squares. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
