Five Minute Peanut Fudge

Ingredients: Fudge Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

  •       2 - Tablespoon butter

  •    2/3 - cup evaporated milk

  • 1-2/3 - cups sugar

  •    1/2 - teaspoon salt

  •       2 - cups miniature marshmallows

  • 1-1/2 - package Semi-sweet chocolate chips (6-ounces)

  •       1 - teaspoon vanilla extract

  •    1/2 - cup peanuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt.  Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 

  2. Remove from heat.  Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla, and peanuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minutes until marshmallows melt and blend. 

  3. Pour into a 8-inch square pan.  Cool, cut into squares.
