Maple Walnut Fudge

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil.

  1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. Stir in marshmallows, nuts, white baking chips and maple flavoring. Stir until marshmallows are melted 1 minute. Pour into prepared baking pan.

  3. Place nut halves in rows on top of fudge, spacing about 1/2 inch apart. Press nuts into fudge. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
