Maple Walnut Fudge

1-1/2 - cups
2/3 - cup
2 - Tablespoons
1/4 - teaspoon
2 - cups miniature
1/2 - cup chopped walnuts
1 - package (12-ounce) white baking chips
1-1/2 - teaspoons maple flavoring

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil.
Combine sugar, evaporated
milk, butter and salt in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over
medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil, stirring
constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, nuts,
white baking chips and maple flavoring. Stir until marshmallows
are melted 1 minute. Pour into prepared baking pan.
nut halves in rows on top of fudge, spacing about 1/2 inch
apart. Press nuts into fudge. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
