White Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Fudge RecipesMakes about 2 1/2 pounds

Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 - pounds white confectioners' coating*
  • 1 - can (14-ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1/8 - teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 - teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 - cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt coating with Sweetened Condensed Milk and salt. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in vinegar, walnuts, and vanilla.
  3. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board and peel off paper and cut into squares.
  6. Store leftovers tightly covered at room temperature.

*White confectioners' coating can be purchased in candy specialty stores.
