Rum Raisin White Fudge

Fudge RecipesMakes 2 1/4 pounds

Prep Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

  • 3 - packages (6-ounce) premium white chocolate chips (18-ounces)
  • 1 - can (14-ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1/8 - teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Over low heat, melt chocolate with Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla and salt.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar, rum, and raisins.
  3. Spread into foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board and peel off foil and cut into squares.
  6. Store covered in refrigerator.
