Toll House® Famous Peanutty Chocolate Fudge

Cooking Time: 6 min.
Cooling Time - 2 hrs. refrigerating

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 - cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 - cup (5 fluid-ounces can) CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 2 - Tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 2 - cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1-2/3 - cups (11-ounces package) TOLL HOUSE® Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 - cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Line a 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
  2. In medium, heavy-duty saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
  7. Pour into prepared baking pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Lift from pan and remove foil.
  9. Cut into 48 pieces.
