Two-Layer Chocolate FudgePrep Time: 20 min.
Refrigerator Time: 2 hrs.

Ingredients

  • 1 - package (8 squares) Baker�s Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
  • 1 - can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 1/2 - cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 - teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 - package (6 squares) Baker�s Premium White Baking Chocolate

Directions

Line 8-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.

  1. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and 3/4 cup of the milk in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute.
  2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Add walnuts and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Spread into pan.
  5. Microwave white chocolate and remaining milk in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute.
  6. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  7. Spread evenly over semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into pieces.
