Baked Peaches with OREO Topping

- 4 - teaspoon
- 2 - cans (14 fl. oz. each)
halves in light syrup in Fruit Juice, drained, juice reserved
Fruit Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F.
1) Place cookies and crackers in food processor
container. Cover. Process until finely chopped. Add butter;
process just until combined.
3) In a shallow baking dish, add peach halves,
cut-sides up. Top each with 1 Tablespoon of the crumb mixture. Place baking dish in oven and bake for 15
min. or until heated through.
5) Broil 2 to 3 min. or until topping is lightly
browned. Serve warm drizzled with the reserved peach
juice, if desired.
