Apple Crunch

Makes 9 to 12 servings

Prep Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 40 to 50 min.

Ingredients:

•    9 cups apples, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup sugar
•    1 teaspoon cinnamon
•    1 package JIFFY Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 3/4 cup rolled oats

Fruit Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° F.

1) Place apples in 13x9-inch baking pan.

2) Cover with sugar and cinnamon.

3) In a mixing bowl, mix muffin mix, brown sugar, butter or margarine, and oats.

4) Sprinkle on top of apples.

5) Place baking pan in oven and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
