Easy Homemade Golden Cinnamon Cupcakes
Makes 24 (1 cupcake) servings

- 1 box (18 1/4 ounces) yellow
- 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla
instant pudding mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter,
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 container (16 ounces)
ready-to-spread Cinnamon Buttercream Frosting
Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly
grease or line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups; set aside.
In large bowl, add cake mix,
pudding mix, water, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground
cinnamon and beat with electric mixer on low speed just to
moisten, scraping side of bowl often.
Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
Spoon batter into prepared
muffin cups, filling each cup two-thirds full.
Bake 20 minutes or until
toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean.
Cool in pans on wire rack 10
Remove from pans; cool
completely on wire racks.
Frost with Cinnamon Buttercream
