Reese’s Peanut Butter® Cookies

Recipe makes 2-dozen cookies

Ingredients

• 1/3 - cups sugar

• 1 - cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

• 1/3 - cup brown sugar

• 3/4 - cup all-purpose flour, sifted

• 1/2 - teaspoon baking powder

• 1/8 - teaspoon baking soda

• 1/8 - teaspoon salt

• 1 - cup quick oats

• 1/2 - cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

• 1/2 - cup butter, softened

• 1 - egg, slightly beaten

• 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

1. Into a large bowl, add the sugar, chips, flour, baking powder and baking soda, salt, oats, and Reese's Peanut Butter Chips.  
2. Next, add the butter, egg, and vanilla.  Stir until well mixed.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto un-greased cookie sheets.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.  
5. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.  Cool completely.
