Anne's Cookies
Makes 24 cookies

I
preheat the oven to
350° F.

In a large
mixing bowl, I cream the butter.
Then I add the sugar and beat the
mixture until light.

In a small
bowl, I beat the egg yolks with sour cream and
baking soda.
I add this to the butter mixture.

Then I
gradually add the flour into the butter and
sour cream mixture.
I only add enough flour to allow me to
roll out the dough.

On a floured
board, I roll dough to about a 1/4-inch
thickness.
Using a cookie cutter, I cut the
cookies.
I place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle
caraway seeds over the top.

I pop the
cookie sheet into the oven and
bake for 20
minutes.
When baked, I allow the cookies to cool
on a cookie rack.
