Macadamia &
White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

- cup butter, softened

- cup granulated sugar

- cup brown sugar (packed)

- eggs

- teaspoon vanilla extract

- cups flour

- teaspoon baking soda

- teaspoon salt

package (12 ounces) classic white chocolate chips

- cups Macadamia baking pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add
butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Cream until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat
well.
- Sift flour, baking soda and
salt.
- Blend into butter
mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips
and macadamia pieces.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
onto ungreased baking pans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool 1 minute and
remove to wire rack.
- Allow to cool completely.
