 Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes per batch
Ingredients
- 1 - package (17 1/2 ounces) sugar cookie
mix
- 30 - drops Yellow Food Color
- 12 - drops Red Food Color
- Mini pretzel twists
- Mini chocolate chips
- Ready-to-spread white frosting
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare sugar
cookie mix as directed on package, adding food color to dough during
mixing.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls for body of
spider.
- Attach 1/2-inch balls for head. Break
pretzels into curved pieces, about 1-inch long, for legs. Insert legs into
body.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges just
begin to brown.
- Cool on baking sheets 1 minute.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Attach mini chocolate chip eyes with
white frosting.
