Mississippi Mud Brownies
Makes 20 to 24 brownies.

Baking Time: 27 to 30 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 - package (21 ounces) family style chewy fudge brownie mix
  • 2 - large eggs
  • 1/3 - cup water
  • 1/3 - cup vegetable oil
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow cream
  • 1-1/4 - cups creamy home-style milk chocolate frosting

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan.

  1. In large bowl, you need to add the brownie mix, eggs, water and oil. 
  2. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. 
  3. Spread in pan.
  4. Bake for 27 to 30 minutes or until set. 
  5. Spread marshmallow cream gently over hot brownies.
  6. In microwave-safe bowl, place your frosting. 
  7. Microwave on high power for 15 to 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. 
  8. Pour frosting over marshmallow cream. 
  9. Swirl with knife to marbleize. 
  10. Cool completely. 
  11. Cut into bars.
