Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 - package Moist French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 - large eggs
- 1 - cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 - cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - package (12 oz) butterscotch chips
- 1 1/2 - cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 °F. Grease 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar
and vanilla extract.
- Beat at low speed with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in butterscotch chips and pecans. Spread in pan.
- Bake at for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely. Cut into bars.
