- 1 package Moist French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 large
- 1 cup (2 sticks)
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 package (12 oz) butterscotch chips
- 1 1/2 cups chopped
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. Grease 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar
and vanilla extract.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Stir in butterscotch chips and pecans. Spread in pan.
Bake at for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely. Cut into bars.
