Club Cracker Bars

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with Club Crackers. In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, graham
cracker crumbs, coconut, milk & vanilla. Mix well & bring to a boil. Boil for only 7 - 9 minutes,
Pour caramelized mixture over club crackers in pan. Put
another layer of Club Crackers over top and press down gently. Mix frosting by combining margarine or butter,
confectioner's sugar & chocolate chips.
Add milk until it reaches spreading consistency. Quickly spread over bars, as it sets up very quickly. Cool
