Ingredients

  • 1/3 - cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 - cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 - cup honey
  • 1/2 - teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 - cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1-1/3 - cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 - cup raisins
  • 1 - cup Reese�s Peanut Butter Chips or Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400�F. and grease 8-inch square baking pan.

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter and remove from heat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar, honey and vanilla.
  3. Add oats, coconut, raisings, and chips. Stir until blended.
  4. Press mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely in pan on wire rack and cut into bars.
