Savage Mountain Barbecue Rub
is a simple barbecue rub.
Keep in a saltshaker to add an extra dash to your beef, chicken,
pork, or fish.
This makes 8 tablespoons.
In a small mixing
bowl, you want to mix
thoroughly the chili powder, paprika, dried cilantro, brown sugar, cake mix
flour, garlic salt, cinnamon, allspice, pepper and salt.
This is enough rub for about 10 pounds of meat.
When putting on meat, you want to coat the
meat lightly with oil before putting on the rub.
You might want to make enough to fill a
small saltshaker with this rub.
