BarBQ Leg of Lamb

Prepare grill to a medium-hot fire.

  1. Wipe lamb dry, rub with salt, and dredge will with flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the onions, hot water, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place on grill and cook about 10 minutes per side.
  4. Brush with mixture and continue to grill 10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
