Annie’s On-Target Beef Brisket
1/3 - cup molasses
1/3 - cup hot sweet
1/2 - cup packed brown sugar
3/4 - cup wine vinegar
1/2 - cup pineapple juice
1/4 - teaspoon hot sauce
Tablespoon minced onion
3 - Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 - teaspoon chili powder
1 - beef brisket (4 to 6 pounds)
1) In a bowl, mix
molasses, hot sweet mustard, brown sugar, wine vinegar, pineapple
juice, hot sauce, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder.
2) In a heavy plastic bag, add beef. Pour in
marinade and seal. Place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or
