Makes Its Own Crust Custard Pie
1 (9-inch) pie
Prep Time: 20 min
Baking Time: 40 to 45 min
1 can (13-ounces)
3 Tablespoon all-purpose
3 Tablespoon melted
nutmeg to taste
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a
9-inch glass pie pan.
In a blender, combine, eggs, evaporated milk,
sugar, flour, margarine, and nutmeg. Blend to 30 seconds.
Pour into pie pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes
or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Pie will rise but will settle as it cools and
forms a light crust.
