E-Z Cowgirl Cobbler

Baking Time: 30 min

Ingredients:

  • 1  stick margarine

  • 1  cup sugar

  • 1  cup self-rising flour

  • 1  cup sweet milk

  • 2  cups sweetened peaches, berries, or apples

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 F.

  1. In baking dish, melt margarine. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, and milk.  Pour flour mixture into melted butter.

  2. Into the center of the flour mixture, pour the fruit with juice. (Don't stir.)  Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
