Hashknife Double Fudge
Brownies
Makes 24 (2 1/4x2 1/8-inch) brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 - cup butter, softened
- 4 - eggs
- 2 - cup sugar
- 1 - cup cocoa
- 1 - cup all-purpose flour
- 1 - cup chopped pecans
- 1 - cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325° F. and greased &
flour a 12x9-inch pan.
- Using the large electric mixer bowl, add
the butter and cream at medium speed.
- Then add the eggs, one at a time, and
continue to beat until well beaten.
- Slowly add the sugar, cocoa, flour,
pecans, and chocolate chips. You want your mixture smooth.
- Then spread the mixture into the pan and
bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
- To check for doneness, just place a
toothpick in the middle and you want it to come out clean.
