Crown King Chicken Casserole

  • 1 - can (family size) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 - can milk or less (using soup can as a measure)

  • 1 - bag (8-ounces) extra wide noodles, cooked

  • 2 - chicken breasts, cooked, boned, and diced

  • 1 to 2 - cups grated cheese (Cheddar or Jack)

  • Salt, - to taste

  • Pepper, - to taste

  • Bread crumbs (optional)

  • Potato chips (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray deep round casserole dish with non-stick spray.

  1. Cover bottom of dish with part of soup mixture (soup and milk).

  2. Next alternate layers of noodles, chicken, soup, cheese, and salt and pepper until all is gone.

  3. Top with bread crumbs or potato chips and grated cheese.  Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
