Rangeland Sourdough Pancakes
- 2 - cups Sourdough Starter
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - teaspoons brown
- 1/4 - cup dry milk
- 1 - teaspoon
1) In bowl, mix sourdough starter,
eggs, brown sugar, and dry milk. If mixture is too thin, add flour
to desired consistency. If mixture is too thick, add water.
Stir in baking soda and allow to stand one minute.
3) Ladle or
pour batter onto a greased (cast iron) skillet.
