Mucho Caliente
Salsa
Makes about 6 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 medium Jalapeno chilies

2 Serrano chiles

6 medium tomatoes, diced

6 green onions with tops, finely chopped

1 cup water

1 medium onion, minced

1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon crushed hot chiles

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- For this recipe, I find it best to wear
rubber gloves to mince, using my knife, the Jalapenos and
Serrano chiles.
- In my large mixing bowl, I add the tomatoes,
onions, water, cilantro, hot chiles, vinegar, and salt.
- Mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hours.
- Serve with nachos.
