Jalapeņo Tortillas
Makes 3 cups
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 container (6-ounces) soft cream cheese

1 Jalapeņo chile, minced

4 four tortillas (10-inches)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, I add the cream cheese and
Jalapeno.
- In a large ungreased skilled over low
temperature, heat your tortillas, one at a time until soft. You
want to keep them from cracking when you roll the tortillas.
- With your small spatula, spread the Jalapeņo-cream
cheese evenly over one side of each soft tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla with the Jalapeņo
mixture on the inside.
- Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and place in
refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Place on serving plate and serve.
